No y no. El puerto que abras en el router es el que tienes que poner en el bitcomet, el TCP.

yo tengo el mismo problema desde el año pasado, solo bajo DD aqui en torrent no me deja, y no pienso cambiarme de vuze ya que no he tengo problemas con otros torrent aparte de los torrent de aqui

VUZE es algo así como tener gonorrea. Te recomiendo que abras un poco tu mente y pruebes ruTorrent, transmission, qbittorrent, deluge o uTorrent.
A parte, que si te sale como que no conectas es más bien error tuyo que no de tu cliente. Revisa los puertos así como la configuración de tu ETS Cliente Bittorrent.
