Primera vez usando torrent y esta pagina

Buenas!
Es la primera vez que utilizo torrent, y no entiendo que es un tracker, seed y peed.

He intentado descargar distintas temporadas de pokemon y peliculas, pero al momento de añadirlo a utorrent, no pasa del 0%, y me pone siempre que hay 0 seed y 0 feed aunque en la pagina indicaban distintos numeros de seed y feed..

una guia de aqui dice algo de que tengo que subir algun archivo para que me deje descargar, pero yo no tengo nada, ni se como poner.

alguien podria ayudarme?
