¿Diferencia entre el manga Fullmetal Alchemist y elFullmetal Alchemist kanzenban?

Hola a todos!! este anime me lo vi hace ya un tiempo, pero he decidido empezar a comprarme el manga, pero me he contrado con un problema.....HAY DOS EDICIONES DIFERENTES!!Jadeo grandeJadeo grande Me gustaría que me aconsejaseis sobre cual coger y porque, que ofrece una y que no ofrece la otra...etc
A fin de cuentas jajaj que me ayudéis a decidir cual comprar si Fullmetal Alchemist o Fullmetal Alchemist kanzenban.

La única diferencia es que el formato Kanzenban está recogido en menos tomos y tiene mejor calidad.
Si quieres tómatelo como que manga FullMetal Alchemist es una versión en DVD y el FullMetal Alchemist Kanzenban es la versión Blu-Ray.
Como consejo cómprate la versión Kanzenban, tiene mejor papel, hay viñetas a color sacadas de las ediciones a color originales de la revista en la que salió originalmente y posiblemente te venga algún extra como comentarios etc.
Si estos añadidos no interesan, entonces puedes comprarte el manga Tankobon, que así es como se llama la otra edición.
