Casualmente un usuario encontró este documento en la página del Ministerio de Economía en el que se pueden ver viejos conocidos como Animextremist y Submanga además de otros sitios populares de habla inglesa así como sitios de torrents como Nyaa y el siempre bien ponderado Piratebay.

Eso es porque ese documento fue uno que ya tenían los japos sobre sitios de descargas de hace unos cuantos años y lo que han hecho es añadir nuevos sin quitar los que ya no existen.
