MPC dice "Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 23.98fps [Video]" (supongo que ha obtenido la resolución de FFDShow
ademas, si fuera entrelazado estaría a 29,97fps

Si a mi tambien me lo dice en el cuadro abajo de "Creado el", pero arriba en resolución me dice 540p. Esta bien así?

Allí también dice 1920 x 1080, así que tu codec está haciendo algo mal.
