navengando en la redd encontre esta http://dengeki-bunko.blogspot.com/, es un fansub que saca mkv y mp4, y mencionan en algunos de sus proyecto el fansub del que obtienes los subs, supongo que no entraria en los fansub recomendables o no

Cuando un fansub a estas alturas saca cosas en mp4 es algo que tienes que mirarte con mucho ojo para no quedarte sin ellos.
