Cambio de Avatar

Buenas!

Estoy intentando cambiar mi avatar y he puesto una primera imagen pero ahora al cambiar de avatar me sale la misma imagen del primer avatar pero con la resolución de la nueva imagen ¿Por qué ocurre esto?

Depende de donde sale es posible que la página está en el cache (memoria temporal) y esa no se actualice cuando alguien cambia su avatar. Pasado unas horas debería actualizarse.
