Descargas no avanzan

Estimados:

Tengo cuenta VIP y trato de descargar desde el Download Station de mi QNAP y las descargas no avanza. Están pegadas en 0%.

Lamentablemente el software no me muestra si existe un error.

Podrían orientarme un poco?

No sale que estás intentando de descargar ningún torrent. ¿Que no muestra un error significa que dice "activo" (o algo similar)?
