¿Cómo encodear anime?

¡Buenas compañeros! Quería pedir ayuda/información de como se encodea anime manteniendo la mejor calidad posible. No se que programa es el idóneo ni cual su configuración. Tengo entendido que hay quien usa Avisynth, otros usan MeGUI, y también Handbrake.

Entonces estoy un poco liado de que programa es mejor y que parámetros hay que usar.

Es que tengo algunos remuxes de anime que quisiera encodear para tener un BDrip en condiciones.

Yo el que utilizado es el Handbrake y la verdad que es muy facil de usar, todo es probar y ver cual te gusta mas.
