Ayuda con la descarga de torrents

Hola soy nuevo acabo de llegar un poco de rebote porque esta la serie completa de stargate y llevo años buscandola en castellano y en buena calidad, no me consideraba tan ignorante pero me temo que si lo soy, estoy leyendo cosas de lechers seeders y no entiendo absolutamente nada yo solo quiero descargar el torrent pero he leido que tengo que compartir algo para poder descargar el torrent, no entiendo nada alguien me podria ayudar?
