Me empezó a salir este mensaje de la nada cuando quiero entrar. Resulta que busqué y significa que me banearon la IP. Es un error o hay algún motivo?

Para los VPN no. Si el bloquea es residencial, sí (habría que ver exactamente qué bloque de IPs está afectado).

El tracker y la web tienen el mismo bloqueo, ya que es a nivel de servidor.
AS212238 es una VPN por eso esta bloqueado. No está bloqueado por IP, sino por ASN.

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema, tuve que entrar desde el internet mi internet movil ( ˶°ㅁ°). Al menos dejenme entrar la web!
