¿Hora incorrecta en el tracker?

Al ir a descargar el último torrent, he visto que en la ficha indicaba como fecha de publicación una hora en el futuro. Comprobé mi panel de usuario y todo está bien, con la hora del foro bien. Encones me di cuenta de que la web del torrent anuncia una hora menos. ¿Será que el tracker está en Canarias Ohnoes, o es algo que está mal con mi cuenta?
Para Natsu1420 que es quien subió el torrent todo es correcto.

El tracker tenía la hora mal. No sé si era por eso. ¿Quizás Natsu tiene DST activo? (horario de verano)

Gracias jefe. Y una cosa, ¿el "+0100" que aparece al lado de la hora qué es, algo de huso o franja horaria?
