Perdí los torrents al formatear

Buenas

El otro día formatee la pc y me olvidé de hacer el backup con todos los torrents que estaba sedeando, lo cual me di cuenta hasta recién que, quería bajar una peli y tenía que compartir obviamente que no me tomó.
Si bien, encontré el historial de todas las series/pelis que estaba compartiendo, hay alguna forma de descargar automáticamente todos los torrents sin necesidad de entrar thread por thread? Digo para ahorrar tiempo solamente.

Ps lo más rápido que puedes hacer es ir a tu perfil de torrent del foro y ver la pestañas "Descargados" entrar a los detalles de cada serie que has descargado y descargar el archivo .torrent. Es lo que creo más rápido y menos tedioso de hacer.

Tocará descargar torrent por torrent y elegir el directorio Risa.
Para la próxima, copia los torrents de la dirección C:\Users\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

Es un coñazo buscar la carpeta del utorrent. xD
