No puedo reproducir capítulos en formato mkv

Buenas, soy nuevo en el foro. He intentado reproducir el anime Uchuu Kyoudai en mi TV pero me sale un mensaje que dice: Archivo no compatible.
La cosa es que siempre veo películas y otras series que también están en formato mkv. Entonces no sé si a alguien de por aquí le ha pasado y lo ha podido solucionar.

Puede ser que la serie es de 10bit, si tu pc es un smart descárgale el mxplayer o algun reproductor de video y te lo leera.

Verás, el problema lo tengo en la TV, no en el PC. Ya no sé si igual puede ser el mismo error de los 10 bits. Ahí me pierdo un poco.

Si tu televisor tiene android, puedes instalarle alguno de esos.

Si no, tendrás que reproducirlos por HDMI, Plex, Kodi, etc.

Muevo el tema a discusión libre, ya que no es un problema del foro.
